SO disappointed and shocked. I have been a patient for 5 years. I referred my husband to them. The front desk has recently been extremely rude, accusatory, unprofessional, and disrespectful to him. I do NOT recommend this doctor's office. The doctors were great, but we can't deal with the office manager and staff and their accusations. I went to Dr. Diatte for many years before I switched due to wanting a female doctor because I was getting older and due to the office staff just being continuously difficult and rude. I saw another doctor for a few years and loved her, but she got married and moved away so I thought I would try to go back to Diatte because I knew he was a great doctor. I called and asked if he was seeing new patients and was begrudgingly told they would have to ask him and call me back. No one called me back so I called again another day... read more
