I am not one to write reviews however, working with Jill Beckett-Hill and Beckett Realty Group was truly outstanding. Beckett Realty is the property manager for the house next to me. The previous renters never mowed the yard and left trash all over outside. This resulted rats. Called them at least 20 times. No response. Had to file multiple complaints with the city to get any resolution. Now overgrown trees in the backyard have caused damage to my fence and garage. Again numerous calls with no response. The current renter says they don't even respond to him. Terrible company to deal with. Time to hire a lawyer!
Beckett Realty overall is extremely subpar. Very poor customer service from the listing agent Carol Ristucci. The house had been lived in for several years and the company refused to properly clean or even paint the house before we moved in. Back deck was rotten and falling apart - they sent maintenance guys out on several different occasions to replace individual boards that had broken instead of removing the entire rotten deck. If I could rate this real estate agency a zero I would. Worst real estate agency ever won’t ever rent a property from them again. The rental price to high for a low quality house which at first was nice but after a few days I noticed nothing was updated and upgraded things come off quickly AC keeps going off. They charge if you want anything fixed just horrible they need to do better. The worst people to ever rent or buy a property from they don’t even care about their customers.
