Poor communication. I was in the apartment over a year and he never got blinds put up in the kitchen even after several emails. Typical greedy landlord. When I left the apartment I had it completely clean. When I got my security deposit back he took $400 from it to pay a company to come in and clean it. But the expectation in the email was to clean it. Why did I even bother with that. I would avoid renting from this company.
