I did a pre purchase inspection, and got all the information that I needed. Very thorough and honest. I had a great experience. Highly recommend!
Moving to a new county is nerve wracking. Even more so when you have to find a new mechanic for a 10yr old car. But Beckers was a godsend. They have incredibly fair pricing, thoroughly explained the work that would be done and even took me in the back to directly show me the problem pieces in the engine. They were a lucky find and my recommendation to anyone looking for a great car mechanic.
This is a great shop! Really honest staff and owners. They are always willing to work things out with the customer, and let them know what needs to be done now and later. Competitive and fair prices. Would highly recommend for any project! Heather in the office is fantastic and Steve and the guys really know their stuff!
I have had repairs done here all the time and this place is always up front and honest and the team there is awesome. I most recently was going to get sucked into a sales pitch at the dealership over a timing chain repair and got a 2nd opinion here on the price and the full repair...SAVED ME THOUSANDS. Not to mention they take the time to research the repair options. I drive all the way from Marlboro and pass shops on the way. There's a reason i don't stop until I get here if I can make it.
Started strong, was really pleased, thought I'd found "the place" for my young adult children's vehicle repair needs - ultimately, nothing but run around, still no sticker for the inspection we already paid for, their "fixes" to the check engine light have been costly & ineffective & we just keep getting told (3x), drive it to reset it & when the light comes off, come back.... we're never coming back!
