A beautiful little restaurant with great views, and wonderful staff and the food was fantastic. We celebrated our 30th weeding anniversary at the Chalets and went for dinner. Our sever was absolutely wonderful. You are able to bring in your own bottle of wine and just pay a corkage fee. We've been coming to the Chalet and restaurant on and off for 30 years. Our favourite little slice of Jasper.
Das Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben zum 1. Mal Elch gegessen und es war hervorragend. Wir sind absolut begeistert. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass es recht laut ist, wenn viele Gäste da sind. Ansonsten top.
I had the Bison Bolognese and pasta. The pasta was fine and cooked al dente. The bolognese sauce, what there was of it, was flavorful. The amount of sauce was minimal and the amount of ground bison was almost non existent. It would not have filled a tablespoon. I was actually searching through the pasta trying to find little bits of meat. A bolognese sauce should be thick rich and hearty with lots of ground meat. High class restaurant. Expensive but food is excellent. Very nice atmosphere with large picture windows looking out to a large river and mountains. Reservations required.
