Update: 3/9/26. Received refund today after repoorting this company to the State. Took over 6 months. Took our money and cancleed our insurance after with no refund.

Poor customer service since Acrisure bought them. No emails, calls or answers to any questions other than wanting a check. If it has to do with them getting a check, then there is a response.
Acrisure handles all my business insurance needs. The team is super professional and prices are super competitive and my agent Christine Adderly is knowledgeable and very responsive!
