Very prompt efficient service. Came out right away to assess our ac unit that wasn’t working. Got us in before the hot weather and got our ac and heating updated. Shawn is easy to work with!
They Named the organization perfectly The service was superior and the install was fast and efficient
Moved into a “new to me” house. Called Becker Superior to look over HVAC system and do an “annual maintenance” service call. Turned out I needed a new air conditioner. (Bought last December so inspection wasn’t able to catch this.) Becker Superior was able to come back within two days and installed new air conditioner (including 10 year warranty on parts and 2 year warranty on labor)! They even hauled the old unit away for me!
