On your website it says your open on Mondays til 4. Drove an hr and 20 mins cause all my co workers say your the best just to find out your closed. Fix your hours of operation
I went in to have a custom engagement ring made with some of my grandmother's diamonds, I was overwhelmed to say the least. Used to deal with the West Hartford location for years. Now living on the coast we now have the pleasure to deal with the Old Saybrook store. David goes out of his way to accommodate us in purchases and repairs. Excellent jewelers. Highly recommend.
