The staff at Beckers Jewelers is very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I have been a customer for just a few years now but whether I am in the market for a new “treasure” or a repair, great attention is paid to both. I will continue to be a loyal customer!

Fantastic customer service! The lovely ladies behind the counter were very friendly and kind and so helpful when my grandma needed some help appraising old jewelry and changing out watch batteries. Thank you for taking the time to help my grandma we both really appreciated it 😊
They were all so nice the first time I had a problem with the item I bought and there was a problem so I went back to get it fixed i went back three times I had paid 1500 for it and I still have a problem with it they are not nice people at all I will never go back
