Horrible place. Takes forever to get items. Had a prescription to get shoes after six weeks was able to finally get in. They told me it would be ready in two weeks. I called two weeks later. They told me to check back next week. Check back next week they told me I had to come back in to get fitted because they lost the original papers. Called me a month later told me that my shoes are finally in and I have to go get fitted for them again, but they can’t get me in for another month at this point. Horrible customer service. Waited over 45 minutes and was not called back. Finally went up and asked to have my orthotics so I can leave and was amazingly called back. I was then told they got busy doing something else and they did not realize I was waiting. Kind of hard to miss me as I was the only one in waiting room. Then again when approached both receptionist were playing on there phones.
