Had 2 boats there paid unreasonable about of money just to not have them be fixed and come back with the battery on backwards. Like come on.
Super friendly and professional!
Horrible experience over 800 dollars of repairs including a new battery. They left the battery cover off and parts on the floor. Every time I called I received a different answer and was very frustrated with them. Don't recommend them at all. Highly doubt if I take it there to show them they will correct it. I even put 120.00 down and the man wanted to ignore that too. He said oh I didn't see that... really!?!?
I was looking for something special to do with my siblings visiting from around the world (Thailand, Miami, Fl, Fond du Lac and Rhinelander) and found Becker Marine. I spoke with Max who was the epitome of "great customer service!" We set up a pontoon rental for the day, however, like fall Wisconsin weather can go, did not cooperate. I just want to say what a great business Becker Marine is and would highly recommend them! We will definitely be setting something up in the future.
