Despite paying a significant amount for a document, I discovered numerous errors. After reaching out via email twice to request corrections, I received a rather mean response, instructing me to handle the edits myself, even though I had initially paid the law firm to create the document for me. Mr. Becker assisted our small business with several legal documents: he prepared our website's Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, Privacy and Cookie Policies, our Returns & Exchanges Policy, and our Limited Guarantee Policy. He had an excellent turnaround time and worked very diligently and professionally, answering all of our questions and making sure the documents were as accurate as possible.
