I made several attempts to schedule a follow up appointment per discharge instructions and contacting my primary's office to submit a referral and Becker's office staff was rudely impolite with them is the reason for this review. When a staff member with one office is distressed by this Dr's staff it absolutely says that this Dr. should be given good business practice therapy. How is this person still in practice? ZERO STARS Staff doctor at the facility where I was. This guy is a condescending, arrogant nightmare. I'd rather be dead than ever see him again. Dismissed me after waiting three months for appointment by saying that it might get better and just wait. Appointment with another doctor showed a problem with diagnosis immediately, and with permanent vision loss from waiting.

HE IS THE WORST. My grandma had a stroke and he basically told us she will not be able to understand anything or do anything. My grandma started to cry BECAUSE SHE KNEW WHAT HE SAID. Now my gma is thriving in rehab, talking more than ever and moving her weak side. If I could give him negative stars I would. NO BEDSIDE MANNER!

After having a battery of tests and time soent at cleveland clinic and scheduled for emergency surgery Dec 31, 2018 to have my complete colon removed, the last thing on my mind was Drs appoinmemts made 6 months prior due to seizures. I was in the clinic for 18 days very ill. Its 4 months now and im justing getting out of the house do to home TPN iv’s and gastric draining tube hanging out of my gut. I would love to tell you about my visit, but the doctor cancelled my appointment ONE HOUR before my scheduled appointment. I had waited three weeks for this appointment. I was referred by my OD so we can rule out a few concerns. Very unprofessional and very rude. Dr. Becker could have reviewed my case weeks prior to decide he did not want to take it and could have notified me. I would have made other arrangements.

If I could give a zero star I would. Currently sitting in the office with the extremely rude staff and doctor. My husband was involved in a semi truck accident on October 19 2017 and has short term memory loss. I was unable to go back to the exam room with him because the doctors exact words are "I don't like children they are a distraction." We have been patiently waiting for over an hour for our scheduled time. Now my 1 year old and 3 year old are very upset they could not go back with daddy.
