When you go here expecting to see Dr Becker you end up seeing someone else, some not even actual doctors but technitions and they dont even tell you they arent doctors. Not for me. Its all screwed up there.
Dr Becker has been my Doctor for two years now and I never have felt so understood. I was nervous going to a new doctor, safe to say I've made the best choice for myself and health. The wait time is a little long but so worth it! He's honest, patient and has compassion for his patients. Sometimes I get so confused and frustrated with my referals, the office manager called right at that moment and set up my appointment for me. So kind and helpful! So grateful for such an amazing doctor and team!
I have been a patient of Dr. Michaels for quite some time and find her to be extremely professional. I visit her for both Family Medicine and Gynecology. I highly recommend Dr Michaels to anyone who needs a professional doctor who also explains everything in great details for patients to understand and make informed decisions regarding their health. Today I had seen Dr Michaels and this doctor is a gift from GOD! She took amazing care of me, this was my annual check up and talk about being thorough, there was no judgement here only professionalism! I have been going to Dr Beckers practice for almost 10 years now, started seeing Dr Marvin Becker and later his son Dr Gary Becker and as always I receive VIP service! I highly recommend this practice to all my family and friends! Thank you again for a great visit!
Future patients should be aware of how this office treats new patients. I called simply to schedule a new patient appointment, and before I could even explain the reason for my call, I was immediately placed on hold for 10 minutes, only for the call to be disconnected. That alone was frustrating and unprofessional. Unfortunately, calling back made the experience even worse.
