Today I had seen Dr Michaels and this doctor is a gift from GOD! She took amazing care of me, this was my annual check up and talk about being thorough, there was no judgement here only professionalism! I have been going to Dr Beckers practice for almost 10 years now, started seeing Dr Marvin Becker and later his son Dr Gary Becker and as always I receive VIP service! I highly recommend this practice to all my family and friends! Thank you again for a great visit!
Future patients should be aware of how this office treats new patients. I called simply to schedule a new patient appointment, and before I could even explain the reason for my call, I was immediately placed on hold for 10 minutes, only for the call to be disconnected. That alone was frustrating and unprofessional. Unfortunately, calling back made the experience even worse. The best doctor ever! I came in for an initial medical visit with Dr. Michaels and I was very pleased with how my doctor took care of me, I felt super at home and she made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. She made me laugh so much and it truly made my day, she is both knowledgeable and has a great personality, moreover, you can tell she really loves her job and takes great pride in taking care of her patients like family!!! My aunt recently visited this office for what was supposed to be a routine checkup , but the experience left us very uncomfortable. During her appointment, she was instructed to complete a “cognitive test” using some form of virtual reality equipment. This test was not related to the reason for her visit, nor was it something she requested. She was advised to participate without a clear explanation of its medical necessity.
