Very poor service indeed! Sold us the wrong part at an inflated price. When we tried to return, they wouldn’t issue a credit and were very rude. Went to the competition and they initially sold us the wrong part, but issued a full refund. There service tech cane out and repaired our fireplace and the correct part was 1/2 the price of Becker Fireplace. Also reporting to BBB.
