Would not recommend these guys to anyone if you have any troubles, they will not support you or try to help you. We had an antenna repaired for a vehicle. It didn’t work we sent it back. They said it was something in the car sent us the antenna back we bench tested it and still could not make it work. Restored the Europa Cassette radio in my ‘82 300D. The Bluetooth option is great & does not affect the original aesthetic in any way. The audio quality is perfect & everything functions like new. Also, the turnaround time was quick! Only 7 days including shipping both ways back to me in the western U.S.
Had them repair my PCM which didn't work correctly after repair. After the PCM failed 2 more times with their repairs I gave up with them. Between repair cost and dealer programming it was a waste of over 2k. They lied to me during phone calls, I would not recommend them to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else.
I am very happy with the work that this team did on my Becker Grand Prix 780 from the 80s. My radio was completely trashed, and they very quickly fixed it and added Bluetooth. Everything was seamless. Their process and service were quick, personal, and refreshingly analogue. Trustworthy guys.
I have been dealing with Becker auto sound for several years now. They have done Bluetooth conversions for me on five different Mercedes factory radios. I have also had situations where I bought a used Mercedes and the factory radio was replaced with an aftermarket unit. These guys always have the correct radio to match the year of your Mercedes and other European cars. I recently ran into an issue with programming a swapped radio.
