For the tax year 2022, I would provide all information and I would be ignored for about two months while my taxes would go unfiled. I would attempt to contact Duberly via phone, voicemail, and her encrypted service, but all of which would go ignored. I would eventually get a response two months later aside from response saying she is out of office. Despite my taxes being late, I assumed this was just a fluke.
