When I called to cancel our membership the kid that answered the phone (Gabe) was SUPER rude and at one point he hung up on me! He clearly was NOT trained on how to talk to customers because, his customer service skills are non existent. If you plan to get a membership here I wouldn't recommend it! The wash has gone down hill and doesn't clean your vehicle very well at all. And not to mention the vacuums don't "suck" very well either.
