This guy is great. Incredibly knowledgeable in what he does and cery accommodating with his time. Give this guy a ring if youre having challenges with your RV! Thanks again man
Tom Beck came to work on the refrigerator in our brand new Brinkley. He spent quite a bit of time on the phone with the fridge manufacturer tech support person, checking every connection, troubleshooting every possible issue. He was very personable, worked quickly and efficiently, and was obviously very thorough. The replacement part that Furrion sent out FIXED the fridge!! We will definitely work with Tom again for any future repairs.
Beck RV Services did a great job for us. We had a couple of issues and Tom was professional and quickly resolved everything. Highly recommend working with Beck RV Services.
