As luck would have it, we ran out of heating oil on a Friday night. Thinking it would be a cold weekend, I called every place nearby, and these were the only folks who could get us an emergency Saturday residential delivery. Exceptional customer service and the friendly driver pulled away right as the snow flurries began to fall. My own lack of planning doomed us, but B&P saved us!
