Highly recommend this company for heating oil. They consistently have the best prices in the area plus coupled with exceptional service and you have yourself a great place to do business with!
I don’t leave many reviews but I need to express how thankful I am for Becky and Platt Oil. We have been customers for the past 6 years or so and they never disappoint on any category. From calling in, they are always so kind. Pricing is always fair. Delivery is always on time. The drivers are always very personable. Great company, great people. the lady who picked the call has a very coky attitude
As luck would have it, we ran out of heating oil on a Friday night. Thinking it would be a cold weekend, I called every place nearby, and these were the only folks who could get us an emergency Saturday residential delivery. Exceptional customer service and the friendly driver pulled away right as the snow flurries began to fall. My own lack of planning doomed us, but B&P saved us!
