I phoned in from out of state to try to get information regarding a name change and adding the father to the birth certificate in CO. Diane Payne was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She provided the information that allowed me to move forward as well as advice on how to proceed and didn't pressure me into any services that I didn't need. I am extremely grateful for her help.
