My parents' car was repaired in auto collision dept and also serviced at Beck Nissan. maintenance. The service provided in all areas was top-notch. Employees are courteous and go above and beyond than what is expected. In these days of 'no courtesy or follow-up', Beck makes sure you are taken care of in an efficient manner. When they make a promise - from callbacks to service - they fulfill. Thank You Brian, Austin, Kaitlin (C) and all others who assisted.

DON'T GET YOUR OIL CHANGED AT BECK NISSAN, something wrong with the culture there ...High praise for BECK FORD, Jeremy and his crew are great! Had a first time appointment at Tire Outlet today for an oil change, got there on time and was told there was at hour wait before they could even get to my car, with other customers chiming in that they'd been waiting for hours, I didn't want to take a chance on how long it would be so I then went to Beck Nissan (for the first time) and the service person was friendly and took my car ... read more
