The service dept was so friendly and efficient. I waited in the lobby until my oil change was completed. I had 3 Beck employees offer me something to drink while I was waiting. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel like they had plenty of time for me. It is definitely a culture where customer service is a way of doing business.
