If you look at my review history, I do not leave bad reviews. This one is necessary to protect other consumers (mama bear mode activated). My daughter took her Kia to this service center after we had already taken it to a reputable shop several times for a persistent check engine light. The previous shop replaced the spark plugs, coils, and performed a fuel induction service, but the light continued to return. They said they found no other issues and advised us to take it to Kia. Constant issues: forgetting to put all the lug nuts back on & not putting A/C filter back in, multiple occasions. After a recall repair earlier this year, our '22 Telluride hasn't driven the same. When we let off the gas, it feels like the brakes are on. Then there is a clunking sound, like it's missing a gear. They blame it on tire wear and alignment, after they aligned it, and then try to blame us for hitting curbs / potholes. Dropped my car off at 3pm on a Friday a couple weeks back. Told my service advisor Gary Sutherland that I needed the car back by noon on Saturday. He assured me that would be no problem. He called me on Saturday morning to say it would be closer to when they close (4pm) and asked if that was okay. I said absolutely not, I told you I have plans and I need my car back by noon.
