Dropped my car off at 3pm on a Friday a couple weeks back. Told my service advisor Gary Sutherland that I needed the car back by noon on Saturday. He assured me that would be no problem. He called me on Saturday morning to say it would be closer to when they close (4pm) and asked if that was okay. I said absolutely not, I told you I have plans and I need my car back by noon.
