The service supervisor is very attentive and commentating!
I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Beck & Masten Kia Service Center. I brought my vehicle in for service, and they ended up performing the exact same service twice. I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Beck & Masten Kia. A couple of weeks ago (less than 3,000 miles ago), I had an oil change and tire rotation performed there. Today, I returned specifically for a tire alignment. Instead of performing the alignment, they repeated the exact same services I had just paid for — another oil change and another tire rotation — which were completely unnecessary. Thanks to Margo and Veronica for taking care of my vehicle, and giving me status reports. I had to leave it overnight to get my gas cap cover replaced but I understand they were very busy and you can’t always get your vehicle back same day.
Anthony took great care of me when I brought my Kia Sportage in for an oil change and maintenance. He was really easy to talk to and made sure I understood exactly what was being done without trying to upsell or pressure me. He kept me updated throughout the process and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work.
