I've been bringing my stinger here to get serviced for 2 years. They charged me a grand total of $416.34 (2 hours of labor) to screw in the windshield motor for the rear drivers side window. I was told that it would cost an hour of labor if the issue was correctable with no parts needing to be replaced. This was also displayed on what I accepted online when I accepted which services I wanted done. So the estimate they give you online is wildly inaccurate. I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Beck & Masten Kia Service Center. I brought my vehicle in for service, and they ended up performing the exact same service twice. This clearly shows a lack of attention to detail and poor communication within their team. It honestly feels like they don’t pay attention to your vehicle’s actual needs. I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Beck & Masten Kia. A couple of weeks ago (less than 3,000 miles ago), I had an oil change and tire rotation performed there. Today, I returned specifically for a tire alignment. Instead of performing the alignment, they repeated the exact same services I had just paid for — another oil change and another tire rotation — which were completely unnecessary.
