I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER GMC PRODUCT!!!! YOU HAVE LOTS OF PEOPLE SELLING VEHICLES - HOWEVER, VERY LIMITED PEOPLE WORKING IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT - MY 2021 YUKON DENALI IS HAVING GPS ISSUES - I AM REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE VEHICLE FOR 3-4 DAYS FOR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO TELL ME MY GPS ISN'T WORKING & THEN ANOTHER WEEK OR MOVE FOR THEM TO FIX THE GPS - ALL THIS TIME I WOULD BE WITHOUT MY VEHICLE. THAT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
Service Advisor Gil Campos was professional, patient, and very understanding. As a customer, I truly value and appreciate that level of service.
Staff greeted me, checked me in, and gave me an estimated price and time on the services. The waiting area was clean, quiet and the TV kept me entertained. The waiting time and the amount I paid was expected given the amount of work needed for my vehicle. I left satisfied.
