I purchased an EKG machine in January. When it still had not arrived in March, I cancelled my order. It has now been 3 weeks and I cannot get reimbursed the $1500 I spent on the machine. I have been promised a refund by someone named Walter, but he is stalling. I would be careful about a business that takes your money for a product they don’t actually have and then takes weeks to refund it. This is a shame because they used to have good custom service. Poor customer service – they will lie about when they will ship products - they never have anything in stock - delays of 30 days or more as everythin g is "back ordered". Do NOT use them unless you have no other choice.
