I was a customer of Bob Beck for over 20 years. After getting estimates from other insurance agencies I found that I was spending an extra $1,155 a year. I called him to cancel and he was quite rude and unprofessional. He stated that I would have a hard time finding a better rate and referred to me as pal in a sarcastic tone. He then hung up on me. Today, I had a terrible experience with Bob Beck on the phone when I called on behalf of my elderly mother, that is one of his insured clients. In response to the simple question, "How will my mom reach you if she has an urgent need, such as an auto accident," Bob went off on a 45 second tirade, yelling so loud I had to hold the phone away from my ear, and ultimately told me he didn't need her business!
