JH and the whole staff were very kind and respectful. They were quite willing to allow me all the time I needed and there was no pressure to buy anything or to upsell me. It was for the passing of my dearest sweet wife.

If I could give no stars, I would. We were told to sign a contract before we were given any prices. The person clearly did not want to work with us when we said we did not want embalming which we know is a major cost. The woman showed very little compassion.

UNACCEPTABLE. JH seemed grumpy and put out from start to finish. I suggest he find a different career. NO SOUND DURING LIVE FEED OF SERVICE! Was told it may be recoverable. I think that was a blatant lie. Still no sound on the video days later.
