Scheduled an appointment for my car and other than a Putnam County Sheriff parking his prowler at the entrance to the service center, everything was great. Whit kep me informed, was completely professional. The price was a bit higher than I wanted to pay, but then again what isn't. When I went to pick up, the two ladies at the cashier were polite and professional. Will be using Beck again if my car needs service. Thanks Whit and ladies, happy customer.
