Was fast and simple
We will need to purchase a new car soon. It will not be a Ford because I never want to deal with these unprofessional people again. Very disappointed.
I used the quick lane for an oil change service. It's never usually quick, but in all fairness, it's first come, first served. I usually wait 1.5 to 3 hours. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the woman who handled my check-in and check-out, but she did a great job and was very thorough. She advised me on the pricing for extras, which I declined as I found them to be expensive. The cost for an oil change on my diesel truck was $140.
