We have purchased our chemicals and supplies here for over thirty years. They have also been to our home to provide service and we have had nothing but excellent service. The title says it all. After purchasing our inground pool from them and when the pool is opened spending $100+ a week on chemicals for several years, when I go into the store to make an appointment for them to come out and look at our heater, they don't show. They didn't call to say they couldn't make or to reschedule the appointment. I talked to the owner Jerry and was not given a chamce to say anything.
