The technician Cory was very helpful and polite. He did great work and was extremely knowledgeable.
Great job! Super nice and made sure to get the job done and that I was happy with out it looked.
Josh was friendly and efficient. Arrived early and started working. I appreciated his strong work ethic.
The only reason for the 1 star is I can't give it a zero for a review. 1st- Employees were here and advised work needed before they could resume. We did that and paid for it and rescheduled as instructed. 2nd- Reschedule was made just shy of two weeks out. No Show. Told: running behind and we waited. Couple of hours later: We can't make it, broken camera and other broken equipment. Rescheduled as instructed. 3rd- 2nd reschedule: Emailed an appointment time of 0800.
