I had the plumbing division come out to address slow draining in my home this past Saturday. It was originally scheduled for Friday, but the technician got stuck at a job (it happens, no worries) and Beck's was very responsive, eventually giving us a Saturday AM appointment for the weekday rate. Mr. Beck Changed the bill ! & agreed to let the $180.50 stand. Mr. Beck, himself, called to discuss my discontentment with the plumbing bill. This is the story:There was a plumbing leak under the kitchen sink. The first day Beck company came out & said they repaired it- bill $180.50. Pricey but I was ok with it. HOWEVER, the leak was worse. They returned, repaired same leak & my bill was $282.00. After a nice conversation, Mr. Beck reversed the second charge. I have been a customer of Labelle Plumbing (now Beck) since 2003..
