Today the service manager called me and said "they wanted to make things right". I went back to Becks, and they put the correct oil in my Jeep, checked my drive fluid levels, and appoligized for the errors of my previous visit. They went to great effort to make it right and I commend them all. I was not charged for the synthetic oil price increase either. As good an outcome as could be expected.
