I have had back problems for at least 10 years or more and have had chronic pain for the last 5 or 6. I have been to many different doctors to try and find the cause and have relief. My family doctor did the usual tests, told me I had Degenerated Discs & DJD as well as bulging discs and said it was common and shrugged it off. I was offered injections, which I declined.
