They replaced our 25+ yr old ac system last year and they were very professional! Great price and had our ac up and running in a short amount of time.
This service provider came out same day to fix our AC . Very professional fast reasonably priced did a great job would recommend to anybody five stars thank you
Beck a.c installed a brand new unit in late 2018. Since then we have had nothing but problems with them..the owner told me to not replace ducting because it was good. So i trusted the professional. Not long after i had water leaking causing tons of damade in the sheet rock. Beck came back out and the younger ownerr said my duct system didnt to be fully replaced...so i did that...then unit went out again...ended up being a part they installed.. beck failed to make me a priorty so i went with air serve..now today until is out ... read more
Brian, Mr Beck's grandson, manages the business. He came out within two hours and had the issue resolved within one hour. He was kind, courteous, knew his stuff and explained things really well to me. Will definitely be using them again!
Had beck come out early this year to check air conditioning so we would be ready for summer. Charged around $135 and said we were good to go. I wasn't home so don't know what was done. Turned on A/C for the first time and it wouldn't cool. Called beck out. $400 or so and they said I was good to go. 2 days later A/C won't cool again. Called beck back, $200 or so and they say I'm good to go. A few days later same problem. Called and left message and beck never called me back. Out about $750 with beck.
