I went to Bechtech to get air bag suspension installed I had all the parts so all they were charging me was installation charges well the work was done so I was told that if I pay cash I would get a discount so I paid cash and got my car and I was happy with the work couple of weeks later I get harassing calls from the owner Colin saying that he ran my credit card and it didn’t go through well genius I paid cash and I have a invoice stating that. Been taking my car in for a while now and they are always super helpful and have great communication. Alannah is super friendly and is always keeping me in the loop. They also keep my car inside at night which is nice. I highly recommend them for all your vehicle’s needs.

The girl at the front desk was very responsive and communicated very well with me and they got my car done really quick. Definitely recommend.
Brought my Focus ST in for a boost leak I couldn’t track down myself. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the process. They even pulled my car in at night as I had requested. I was impressed by how quickly they found the problem, sourced the part, and had me back on the road.
