I have taken my car here couple times and had a problem with the service prior due to lack of communication and charges. Did a review was contacted and they were generous to refund me for the cost to look at it and the diagnostic. I then had to take my car back and Sean had took care of me due to the last experience I had with them. I had mentioned to him when we talk to look at the oil coolant due to the fact I had to have the turbo replaced at a Chevy dealer. My friends vehicle was here for 1.5 months. It was only brought into the shop twice; the first day it was there, and the morning we went to pick it up. Multiple calls with no answer as to what was going on. At pickup they stated they “couldn’t figure out the issue” and told him his vehicle would be safe to drive 1.5 hours away to another shop with a possible timing issue.
