Made an appointment for a refill and gel mani and pedi. When I arrived I realized there was a language barrier and was told no one was available to do my pedi. I was 10 minutes late to my appointment and communicted i was running a few mins behind. I arrived ay 9:10am and left around 11am. A little too long for just my hands. I was dissapointed since I have to plan far ahead to make sure I have childcare while I take care of myself.
