I called multiple times for a fan light installation and they returned my call once. I then called multiple time after without a response. Office staff said they would talk to the project manager and someone will get back to me. No one did so I used another company that came within a few days and got the job done.
Definitely give these guys a call, they have clear and quick communication. They responded faster than other electric services in town and updated me on scheduling along the way. They did great work today, were quick, and cleaned up well after. Jason specifically was very nice and did a great job. Very very happy with Becc electric!
