My mom stayed here for a few months. Our experience was terrible. The staff was inexperienced, lacked common sense as well as a sense of urgency. She was left unattended on a rolling chair in her bedroom with her food placed in front of her on a rolling tray. She had been given medication that made her sleepy and couldn’t stay awake while eating her food. My mother stayed at this facility for about 6 months. She had a wound on her forearm which became severely infected. They covered it so I could not tell how severe it was. An X-ray showed a fractured wrist with no signs of a fall. The social worker at the hospital refused to release her back into their care. I personally watch them mishandle the residents and discussed it with the owner. I found a caregiver intoxicated in the evening. I witnessed the medication cabinet left open and unattended.
