Friday night heater goes. Saturday morning I call BEC HVAC -Bruce Conrad, within half an hr we get a return call and he is here an hour later. Our mother board went. Bruce was able to track down an after market replacement but not till today would it be delivered. Comes today installs -defective, Bruce started making calls found one in K of P he hopped in his van, takes off to grab the motherboard, comes back, installs it, and we now have heat Bruce made it pretty painless and saved us thousands!!. BEC is very reliable. Bruce came out last winter and fixed our heat and set us up for a reminder to have yearly service, which we just did. Very friendly. Will use BEC again, thanks!

Great experience! After learning that my AC system wouldn't start and contacting BEC HVAC, Bruce was able to quickly identify the cause of the issue and fix it on the spot. I was worried that we would have to replace the entire HVAC system since is is nearly 25 years old, but after an affordable fix, it sounds like we should still get a couple of years out of the current system! Bruce was clearly very knowledgable, not at all trying to upsell, and was even happy to show me how everything worked within the AC system, which wa... read more

Professional, reliable, and dependable! Bruce made several emergency service visits for us on weekends WITHOUT a moment's notice. Very responsive to our calls! We ended up needing to replace our original HVAC with a new unit which he coordinated and installed quickly. Impressed with his level of knowledge and quality customer service. Would recommend Bruce and BEC HVAC highly!
