Our appointment went so well!! The staff are so helpful and accommodating and make the experience really fun and stress free. The store is also so stunning and really adds to the experience. Such a great range of dresses too, which helps to make sure everyone is comfortable in the dress they choose.
My partner and I had an appointment on 30/8 to exchange a bridesmaid dress after accidentally buying the wrong colour the week before. We walked in expecting a quick swap and maybe a friendly smile. What we got instead was… a double disappointment. Two staff members, zero common decency. We sat in the change room for over 30 minutes without so much as a size check.
