I am sorry to say that BEC associates put us so behind on our building schedule due to their inability to know how to handle our lot split. Furthermore, several county agencies commented on their " sloppy and incomplete work". I know that they have personnel issues and are behind due to that but they also have inexperienced engineers who produce shoddy work.
