Dr. Beth Bebout is thorough and patient. Have been seeing her for years.
Phone answers and then hangs up. This happened at a x-ray appt I had when they were trying to get ahold of the office and then again today I have been calling every hour and it answers then hangs up. I when I finally spoke to the young man at the desk he was rude. when I asked about why the phones hang up he had no answer. I asked if there was another way to contact he said no, as if it is okay that an office has phones that don't work. For a tela-med appt they never explained the steps, so I sat on the call from 3:45 -5 pm ... read more
Appt was 10:30, at 11:43 I am still waiting to see physician and office staff states it will be another 35 minutes. It is not OK to make patients wait for this amount of time
Was 1.5 hours late for appointment. Didn't apologize. Blamed University Health for delays...first visit and last visit for me...at least her next appointment would wait less than an hour in the exam room thanks to me leaving at the 1.75 hour wait...
