I loved my experience with the Be Balanced program and staff. Ive always been into nutrition and trying to eat healthy but over the last year or more I've struggled to keep my weight down. All the things that used to work didn't anymore. Plus I'd been getting less sleep. After just a month I was back to a weight I haven't been in almost a decade and I was getting more sleep each night.
