I was a customer and did the diet for over a month and a half and wound up very sick with colitis. The first time this ever happened in my entire life. I think the diet is too extreme and not healthy in anyway. I also find the company management to be less than responsive when I reached out to let them know how ill I was. I lost 16.4lbs and never felt better. BeBalanced changed my life. I had so many stomach issues and this program helped me so much. I no longer have a bloated uncomfortable belly!
