They take advantage of sleep deprived parents and under deliver. They give cookie cutter bullshit plans that can easily be googled charging $1500. They don’t respond to emails as they agree to in their terms agreement. Disputed my credit card and filling a small claims court case. Unprofessional and awful
As a previous reviewer stated, this company operates by poaching sleep deprived mothers off of Facebook groups and then offering programs with fine print that sign you up for monthly charges. I disputed the charge with the owner via text. She replied to me long enough to explain the situation, but once I asked for a refund, she no longer replied. I went to my bank to dispute the charge.
