Zero. Saturday August 23, 2025. I just had the most negative experience buying nearly $1000 worth of beads and flew across Canada to have this experience. She was a rude and arrogant girl. She made sure to say good morning to all the other people but failed to treat the rest of the customers with dignity and respect. She never offered to help or to simply ask if help was needed but continued to walk by repeatedly. Her lack of customer service was a barrier to even ask for any type of help navigating the store. Huge selection of beads and findings at good prices!
I placed a bead order on Wednesday for 35 different items, mostly 5g packs of beads, each a different color. I figured I’d wait at least a week for them to ship. Well, it’s Friday of the same week and I just got them out of my mailbox! The order is correct, and my mind is blown. The last time I ordered a mixed bead order from another company, it didn’t ship out for 2 weeks!
