Updating my review to reflect my experience as a homeowner. The process to get the home was great but getting a major item that need to be repaired not even a month into moving in has been a hassle. It was called out by my inspector on final inspection, I've attempted remedies that the builder asked and now I'm stuck with a swamp in my yard. As a realtor we are the cornerstone to business and when we are told we are to receive a bonus that should stand. This builder does not write in your bonuses and lists them as seller concessions so on closing day of they want to they can take the bonus back and add to their pockets. We work hard and spend lots of time to get the client to even work with you so to initially tell a realtor they have a bonus and then not pay it as well as refusing to document it in the deal does not sit well and I will let my brokerage and othe... read more
