We moved into our home in September 2019. At the time we made the builder aware of the grading issue in the back yard and the side of the yard. We were assured there was not an issue and if it became one it would be resolved. On 1/3/2020 a storm rolled in and we had a literal waterfall in our backyard. It took months for them to “fix” the issue by putting up a black silt fence and replace some of the sod.
