Homes lack any character. No amenities
I live right next to construction currently going in at Surfside Plantation. The sub contractors play music so loud you can hear it blocks away. Phone calls to project superintendent go unanswered. I have witnessed underaged children working on homes with their family no one wearing a hard hat. They eat lunch in garage and leave garbage all over the place.
