Buyer beware. We are extremely, extremely disappointed in Beazer as we are building our townhome. We put down our earnest money in June of 2020. We were told it would be finished with a goal of November 2020. Each month that goes by we received a push back date of “next month”. We finally received a firm closing date of June 29, 2021. We locked in rates, ended our apartment lease with two weeks of wiggle room. We then got a call that they had to push back yet again with a date of TBD leaving us with NOWHERE to go.
